The results are in for our Q4 “Peak Performers” sales challenge, and the competition was fiercer than ever! After three months of exceptional effort and record-breaking numbers, we’re thrilled to announce this quarter’s standout achievers.
Taking the grand prize with an astounding 187% of target, Sarah Martinez from our Western Division has earned herself the coveted President’s Club trophy and an all-expenses-paid luxury vacation to the Maldives. Sarah’s innovative approach to enterprise solutions drove over $3.2M in new business revenue.
In second place, James Chen from APAC secured a remarkable 165% of target, winning a high-end Tesla Model 3 lease for one year. James’s success in penetrating the emerging fintech market has opened up entirely new verticals for our organization.
The “Rising Star” award goes to newcomer Michael O’Brien, who achieved 152% of target in just his second quarter with the company. Michael will enjoy a $10,000 bonus and a complete home office technology upgrade.
Special recognition goes to the Northeast Team, led by Rebecca Thompson, for their collaborative achievement in securing our largest-ever multi-year contract. Each team member will receive premium Apple product packages and VIP tickets to next year’s Global Sales Summit in Monaco.
